This recipe is a fun twist on chocolate chip cookies from my mom’s friend. Instead of light dough and chocolate chips, we have chocolate dough and white chocolate chips! These are many of my brothers’ favorite type of cookies and they ask for them all the time! Hope you guys like them!
Chocolate Pearl Cookies
Preheat oven to 350*f
Cream: 1 1/3 cup soft butter
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
Add: 2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Mix, then add: 2 1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Add: 2 1/2 cups (one package) of white chocolate chips
Bake 9-10 minutes
