Dutch Babies

This is one of my family’s favorite breakfasts. You can put so many things on these yummy oven pancakes and they taste delicious! They are so easy and fast to make! Hope you enjoy the recipe! If you are feeding a large group, please double, triple or quadruple. Our family quadruples this recipe in two 18″ by 9″s.





Dutch Babies

Pre-heat oven to 425*F.

Mix together:

3/4 cup flour

3/4 cup milk

3 eggs

Whisk until smooth in a medium sized bowl. Put 1/2 cup (1 cube) of butter in a square 8″ by 8″ pan, or a pie pan and put pan in oven until butter is melted and bubbly. Take pan out, pour in batter and put back in oven for 20-25 min, or until golden and puffed up.

Toppings options:

Lemon Juice and powdered sugar

Any kind of jam

Apple butter

Buttermilk caramel

Nutella (my little brother’s favorite)
