More of You

I finally listened to proverbs31teen and got a Colton Dixon song. And she was right about it being awesome, so I thought I’d share. πŸ˜›

Behold, a piece of my life soundtrack at the moment.

That’s the best quality video there was and it’s… um… interesting? I love the song and listen to it a lot. The visuals are well done in the video as well.

But, I’ll be honest. The whole metaphor/sunshine-sandcastle-ocean thing left me a little confused.

mcfly-huh

Anyway. It’s a great song. I just don’t get the video.

Give it a listen! πŸ˜›

What are some of your favorite worship songs?

Please comment!

    1. I was going to meet him(ish), but we had to leave before we could (we were with our cousins and my aunt was helping organize a concert for him with their church, and we were gonna go, but a) Mom didn’t know who he was and b) we had to be somewhere else). 😦 Well that was kinda long….

    2. I KNOW! The song’s worth it. πŸ™‚
Really? Cool! πŸ˜€ Tall people are fun, even if I get a crick in my neck looking up at them. πŸ˜› What’s even more fun is the handshake with people with big hands. Just stand there and watch your hand disappear… XD

          1. Yup. πŸ˜›
I’m actually working on a comic of the Doctor trying to teach Oliver some kind of ballroom dance, but he trips over Oliver’s feet and they end up in a puppy pile. X-P

          2. Also, sometimes the Doctor goes haring off into a nonsensical debate with himself and then forgets what he was doing and remarks, “Sorry, I lost my train of thought.” And Oliver thinks “It got derailed so hard it’s running on entirely different tracks.” X-P

          3. I believe they call people who use sass as a defense mechanism “Stepford snarkers.” That’s both the Doctor and Oliver–though in different ways. Oliver gets bitingly insulting and sort of like Bucky when he’s cornered. The Doctor just gets more and more flippant–Eight does, at least. Other Doctors react in different ways.

          4. Ooh, that’s a good term. Those are really interesting characters to write. πŸ™‚ I’d heard the “Stepford Smilers” term before. I guess it could be used a lot of different ways. πŸ˜›

          5. Yeah. They really fall into only one of two camps. The ones who didn’t fall into one of those failed the test and probably dieddddddd >:-D
Sorry, I’m a bit unstable today. I should go type up Oliver’s script now.

          6. “Firefly.” I just watched the first episode. “We shall rule over this land and we shall call it… This Land.” X-D I don’t know why but I love the ordinary, frightened, somewhat not-all-there people just as much as or more than the Big ____ Heroes. πŸ˜›

          7. X-D Yup. Sometimes the Doctor snarks. Other times, he just gets fed up with people and ends up punching them. Though, it takes a lot for him to get fed up and normally there’s a few moral crises thrown in as well.

          8. That’s not quite the Doctor’s style… he’d probably walk up to someone and just punch them out without a word. Kinda like Bush, only with different mannerisms. πŸ˜›

          9. That little lift in his voice halfway through a sentence–the Doctor does that too. I can’t think of an example of Bush doing that, but I’m sure it happened…
“But it was a child’s/dream that made you a doctor. [You dreamed you could hold back death.]”

          10. Different actors intonations are so interesting to pick up on. πŸ™‚
Heeey… Nice Bush eyebrow picture. XDDD We match now… sorta kinda! πŸ˜›

          11. Totally! Everyone burst out laughing that that part. He so sees through Horatio’s plan, but just decides not to speak up. Simply raise the eyebrow… XP

Any thoughts?
