Photo post for today. Everyone likes those, right?
Of course you do.
So, today we’ve got pictures from a little place in Florida called Fort Christmas. Old military fort and kind of a reconstructed, refurnished village thing nearby.
We’ve come a ways, haven’t we? Coast to coast pictures now.
Anyway, hope you like ’em!
Porch of one of the places inside the fort.
In case we didn’t get the memo about being in Florida, look, there’s a map.
Pretty, mossy trees over the wall.
Pretty, mossy trees not over the wall.
Fake food, actually. Still looks cool.
Just one cotton-pickin minute…
Nice little house with cool lighting.
Probably a good place to mail letters to Santa…
-patriotic music plays-
Well, hope you guys enjoyed seeing those!
Which was your favorite? Ever been there?
Hope you guys have a good Sunday, and see ya next time. -wave-

Oooh. I think the window picture is my favorite. ❤
you almost had me laughing out loud in the middle of church with some of those captions…Weeendow….never going to read that word correctly again…
I love all of your pictures, it’s so hard to choose a favorite, although the post office one and the trees are probably my favorites. And the weendows…XD
I like the trees not over the wall and the cotton. 🙂 And the front porch… all cool, tho!
Those photos were super cool… I love how you caption them! 😀
Thank you! 😀
I wike de mwossy twees.
i wike dem very much too
I love these! I really don’t know which was my favorite… maybe the mossy trees over the walls? I’ve never even heard of this place, and I’ve lived in Florida my whole life… so much for actually knowing things about my own state. =P
XD I don’t think it’s too well known of a place. We were down there for my great-grandpa’s birthday and it was just his favorite park in the area.
*evil laugh* Mossy trees…heheheee. ‘Tis my favorite. Both of them because I am terrible and refuse to choose one.
-gasp- No! Choose one you evil fiend! -throws moss at you-
Yo, Florida is my state! Yayay you took pictures of my treeeeeeees! Ummm I didn’t even know this place existed so that’s cool, lol. The tree pics were cool but I really liked the weeeeendow. 🙂
Awesome! It’s such a pretty place. ❤
Yeah, it was just a park nearby where we were staying. XD
This is really pretty, and kind of misty looking. You should be a professional photographer, really, because all your work is really pretty. You could be a traveling photojournalist.
-grins- thank you! Well, it’d be a better source of income than just writing, that’s for sure. XD
True enough. But it doesn’t mean you have to stop writing (or that you could stop, once you’ve started, you’re sort of stuck with it if you’re really meant to write.)
I know. But I feel like writing would be more classified as my hobby I occasionally get paid for, but love doing as much as humanly possible? XD
But yep yep. 😛
That’s totally relateable. (How do you even spell that word?) I don’t not have interests, I just have too many to pursue them all in the same career field. So I’ll probably have a lot of hobbies I occasionally get paid for.
The mossy tree NOT over the wall is my favorite for sure. 😀
And I agree with Jordan up there—your captions are SO unboring. I love them.
That was the one picture where my brother wasn’t climbing it. 😛
-bows- why thank you
Loved all the pictures AND THAT GIF CRACKED ME UP!!! I haven’t actually seen Supernatural yet lol but I’ve heard it’s good. Have you seen it?
Naw, I don’t think I’m planning on watching it either. Weird theology. But they have a gif for everything and Dean is cool so I stalk. XD
these are so good!
I’d have to say that my favorite is the last one with the flag.
I think that’s my fave too. ❤
Hey, WriteFury, you have been tagged. Its up on my blog, and I should really go figure out what its called. Something about Words and Letters, maybe? Any who, its easy, so maybe that will encourage you. 😉
Awesome! Thank you! 😀
I laughed at the “letters to Santa” bit.
XD though it would probably be a bit far away from the north pole in Florida…
