What so many what so many of these storytellers miss due to their worldview is perhaps the reason the hero’s quest plot is the greatest basic plot is not because it’s our individual stories, but the Story, of how God’s Son crossed the threshold, died, only to resurrect and defeat death. I believe that that is the reason the hero’s quest exists.

I know! That was totally the root of all the hero’s quest stories. And so many ancient legends have messiah figures! We have an olde English style Saint George and the dragon that goes more in depth. And he is TOTALLY an allegory.
I know right? I loved how they did the colors and lighting especially. 🙂
